Make an Impact
ZLI's Beached™ Campaign supports research into whale and dolphins photobiology, with emphasis on those animals found nearest to our coasts. The Campaign celebrates the complexity of human relationships with whales and dolphins, pursuing a much needed diversity, engagement and inclusion approach to consider animals that all too often garner visceral reactions among people of differing cultural perspectives. Beached™ provides a platform for dialogue regarding the scientific understanding of whales and dolphins.
Beached™ supports cetacean photobiology and advances critical thinking through the arts, for open dialogue on the appropriateness of initiatives to conserve wild populations. Scientific research also aids in the constant improvement of dolphin and whale welfare in aquariums, sanctuaries and rehabilitation centers.

Education
Explore the world of whales and dolphins responsibly by signing up for one of ZLI's educational tours (re-starting in 2021), and/or join us on the set for the filming of our upcoming documentary.
