Bird-friendly Building Remediation Fund

While research advances standards and certification encourages systemic adoption, immediate mitigation remains urgent. ZLI's Bird-Friendly Building Remediation Fund 
supports direct installation of approved bird-friendly window films and façade treatments in buildings where collision risk is documented and preventable.  Projects are selected based on
documented collision risk, ecological impact, and equitable community access considerations. Funds are allocated at the discretion of The Zoological Lighting Institute in accordance with
its charitable mission. All projects advance measurable conservation outcomes and public benefit.
