Fear of Faith™ Anime Fund supports the development of an original animated story,
that features a son-father bonding between a Matagi raised boy and his formerly absent father, an iconic baseball pitcher transitioning into a managerial career.
Fear of Faith™ humanizes the game while complicating perspectives on animal welfare and wildlife conservation in a multi-cultural anime with science at its core.
Produced in Japan and the US, the show bridges divides between Japanese and American baseball with a fictionalized backstory exploring the accalimed tours of
Biz Mackey, Lou Gehrig, and Babe Ruth to Japan, from the perspectives of Japanese baseball icons Michimaru Ono and Eiji Sawamura.
Ultimately Fear of Faith™ is all about managing anxieties and the pressures of life from without; that also explores thirty-three species of bears in a three season odyssey.
Through visually compelling, accessible storytelling, Fear of Faith™ translates cutting-edge science and conservation ideas into episodic narratives that resonate across cultures and generations. By contributing, you’re helping to bring an amazing story to life at its earliest stages—shaping ideas, characters, and worlds that can inspire real-world change. It’s a meaningful and enjoyable way to support the mission: advancing the sciences of animal welfare and wildlife conservation through the power of art.
